TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Liability

LIANE J ROBINSON will not be held liable for any indirect or consequential issues arising from any work provided to the customer. This does not affect your statutory rights.

2. Copyright

Any artwork produced by LIANE J ROBINSON, including items incorporating the customer’s logo or images, will remain the property of LIANE J ROBINSON. Any artwork produced by LIANE J ROBINSON cannot be reproduced by any other company without written permission from the proprietor of LIANE J ROBINSON and the payment has been received.

3. Quotations

Quotation given shall be given in accordance with any special offer valid on the date of quotation and can only be adhered to if an order is placed whilst the special offer is still running. Delivery times are given only as a guide and there maybe a 48 hour difference due to any outside influences. Deadlines for distribution will be fixed by wherever possible with a 48 hour leeway given to allow for unforeseen circumstances. Any Quotations given by LIANE J ROBINSON, either verbal or written, are valid only for a 14 day period, and are subject to change at any time with-in or after these 14 days. LIANE J ROBINSON will not be bound to any quotations given by any person once they have ceased to be an employee of LIANE J ROBINSON.

4. Prices

Prices may vary in accordance with any special offers which are for a limited period only. All jobs will be quoted on an individual basis. At this time there will be no VAT added.

5. Design Service

Unless otherwise stated, an hourly fee is charged based on timescale determined by the designer. It is at the discretion of the design manager to decide when the estimated timescale from the quote has been extended by the customer and additional artwork fees maybe be added. The initial consultation with the allocated designer is free; further consultations will be granted at the discretion of the designer. Participating in the initial consultation is agreement to paying the design fee, but you are not under obligation to pursue your printing requirement with us. Neither are you obliged to use any website design or web-hosting with us. Proofs are usually sent by email, in your chosen format, free of charge. We may post your proofs at your request.

7. Photography

Photography will be carried out on location upon request. There will be a small cost for an initial photography session; further photography sessions will incur further costs. All photography sessions must be paid for however you are at no obligation to buy or use any picture taken. Any pictures taken by LIANE J ROBINSON remain the property of the company as well as the copyrights.

8. Payment

Payment for Artwork will be made after viewing and before printing begins. If you choose not to have the design printed, you will be invoiced for artwork fees. Photographs taken off-site will be paid for before printing begins. Photography done in-house will be paid for up-front before works begins. Nothing will be printed until full payment has been received. All invoices must be paid with 28 days of date on Invoice.

9. Delivery

It is normal that we will deliver you your prints. However, at the discretion of LIANE J ROBINSON, we may need to change these arrangements for specific reasons. There will be a charge for any additional delivery service.

10. Complaints

If for any reason, you are unhappy with any part of the service provided by LIANE J ROBINSON, complaints should be put in writing and emailed to: complaints@lianerobinson.co.uk. Your complaint will be dealt with by the appropriate person as quickly as possible. No complaint will be dealt with over the telephone, or face to face unless it is in response to receipt of your formal written complaint. This does not affect your statutory rights.
